MicroKopy is an AI-powered microcopy management platform that helps SaaS teams generate, manage, and ship UI copy. We offer free and paid subscription tiers with varying capabilities.

You must create an account to use most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates any third-party rights.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the Service.
- Use automated means to access the Service beyond what is permitted by our API.
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.
- Upload files containing malware, viruses, or other malicious code.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MicroKopy and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Content you generate using the Service belongs to you. By using the Service, you grant MicroKopy a limited license to process and store your content solely to provide the Service to you.
6. Subscription and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MicroKopy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MicroKopy operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
